Communications demos
Feedback forums and small-scale questionnaires are extremely useful for testing communications concepts and semi-finished materials. They help to steer communications planning and goal-setting.
Communications demos “test the ground”, measure how much the target groups already know about the matter and how the target groups perceive it, and test provisional core messages. Methods include a choice of focus group discussions, online panels and face-to-face or telephone interviews. The tools are tailored depending on the objectives of the project.
By assessing product labels and instructions for use through practical tests, enterprises can increase the clarity and usefulness of their consumer communications and therefore improve product safety. The tests are carried out in the form of face-to-face interviews.
